Roofing has come a long way over the years. Choosing a roofing system not only encompasses the type of roofing system (i.e. TPO or EPDM for flat roofs, shingles, metal, green, etc.), but the variety of styles, colors and aesthetics is endless!

Typically, it is the homeowner interested in shingled roofs that have the most choices. Here are some of the fun shingle options that can be explored to add to the overall expression of yourself through your home!

Shingle Types

We are a GAF Master Elite contractor, a distinction given to only the top 3% of roofing contractors. As such, we are able to offer the best variety of shingles available. We are also certified contractors for just about any other shingle manufacturer you can think of. Some shingles are specially designed to stand up to harsh weather conditions in certain parts of the country, so while you may see some shingle options on the GAF website that you like, they may not be available in your area.

We have two “go to” shingles that the majority of our residential roofing jobs use: Timberline Natural Shadow and the Ultra HD.

The top-of-the-line shingle available in the Salt Lake area is the Grand Canyon.

The Cool Series helps provide extra energy efficiency.

The Sienna shingle offers a completely different “old world” look.

And the Monaco gives the look of European terra cotta shingles with the durability of an architectural shingle, and with a much lower pricetag.
